Who Is Watching, And Why
Link Networks is a small, independent project. There is no team of experts behind it, and no marketplace of our own, just one person who spent enough time reading link marketplace listings to notice a pattern worth writing down.
The site exists because most people never see this part of the internet directly. Search visibility has real value attached to it, and anything with real value attached to it eventually grows a marketplace around it: listings, pricing, a whole dialect of reassuring language. That marketplace runs mostly out of view, and the little coverage it gets tends to come from people trying to sell into it, not describe it.
This is an attempt at the second thing. We read listings the way a beat reporter reads a trade publication: closely, skeptically, from a consistent distance. We do not broker placements, negotiate deals, or recommend where to buy or sell anything. There is nothing transactional on offer here.
What to expect: analysis, plain language, and an occasional willingness to say a claim cannot be verified from outside. What not to expect: rankings, recommendations, or a shortcut into the marketplace itself. If you are looking for that, this is not the site for it. If you are trying to understand what you are looking at when you find it, it might be.
